I only used this cup a few times and was noticing that the lid would leak whenever I shook this cup. I discovered that there was a small slit in the plastic sippy spout and the liquid was escaping whenever I shook the cup (even with the lid sealed as tight as it would go with applying pressure from my thumb).
I contacted customer service and included photos of the faulty lid. They responded within the hour and sent me a new replacement cup (I just had to pay shipping fees).
I am very thrilled to finally have my own husbando cup (my husband has many of the waifu cups haha)! These cups are much higher quality and have fun designs than competitors. Thank you so much again, GamerSupps!

Honestly phenomenonal cup, a lot bigger than I expected (that's what she said). It was wonderful quality as well except the only reason it's not a five is due to me breaking the bottom of it in a single drop! While it is my fault, I would have expected some sort of thought towards that when selling novelty cups. Other then that a great cup though

It’s a well-made cup that’s really easy to use, plus if you like IH it’s fun to have around. The “mood” feature is cute too. Every time I got a different color liquid I had to take a picture. I just wish I had a blue or green GamerSupps so I could get the other colors.

The drinking lid of the cup is very stiff. Sometimes the cup spills when the lid is stuck and hard to open.

I received my Internet Historian cup and sample packets quickly and without issue. It came in a protective bubble wrap, and is exactly like the picture. The samples were delicious and I now carry my IH cup around with me. 10/10

the cup is honestly the peakest cup ever. i had an issue where the mouth piece had a divot in it, and shaking it caused it to leak EVERYWHERE. but support immediately sent a replacement within 5 minutes <3. if you want a cup you can lug around and manually breathe with, this is perfect for you
