Here's your instructions from an ADHD person who's nervous system keeps them alert (high alpha waves):
1) Get small shaker bottle.
2) Get MILK or MILK SUBSTITUTE.
3) Follow directions and ignore the bullshit about the water.
4) Shake vigorously.
5) In 30 minutes to an hour you'll actually STAY asleep.
Do you wake up to use the bathroom? No biggie. Do that. Go back to bed. PASS THE HELL BACK OUT WITHIN MINUTES.
Warning: DO NOT TRUST THE PART OF YOUR BRAIN THAT SAYS YOU'LL BE COZY IN BED FOR A LITTLE BIT LONGER AFTER YOUR ALARM GOES OFF. IT IS A LIE.
